Your full service pop-up parties Include: * Our free-standing, branded Ice Cream bar and freezer * 4 Ice cream flavors: 3 options (choose at booking) + French Vanilla * 8 Toppings: 6 options (choose at booking) + Chocolate and Rainbow Sprinkles * 4 Sauces: 2 warm sauce options (choose at booking), 2 cold sauce options (choose at booking) * Cake cones or bowls * Spoons and napkins Pricing Options: * 40 Servings | 1 Hour | $380 * 70 Servings | 1 Hour | $572 * 100 Servings | 1 Hour | $763 * 130 Servings | 2 Hours | $954 * 160 Servings | 2 Hours | $1145 Additional Fees: * $2.00 per mile after first 10 miles from 1 Fairport Village Landing * 3% Credit Card Fee applied to balance, (not initial deposit),when not paying with Cash or Venmo FAQ & Fine Print: * All servings are two scoops * Guests may have as many toppings and sauces as they like * Cash payment is preferred *Gratuity is not expected, but sure is appreciated! **Ensure we are provided a location within 4ft of a 120V outlet** Terms Timing: Our servers make every effort to be on time for your event. If there are special instructions that will assist them to find your location , please provide them in the notes section of booking. Please have the contact person meet our driver upon arrival. Contract: We will provide you with an agreement to review and sign, confirming the details of the event. Please return a deposit of $100 to secure your event time and date with the signed contract. This deposit will be subtracted from the final cost of your event. It is not the set-up fee. Cancellation: If you should need to cancel your event, we are truly sorry for that. Please make every effort to cancel as soon as possible to allow us to reschedule the truck. If you cancel within 7 days of the event, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Rain Policy: If you have an indoor space, we arrive rain or shine.
